We collect account information you provide (name, work email, company), product usage and diagnostic telemetry, and the content you choose to connect or ingest for retrieval. We do not sell personal data.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the service, process early-access requests, communicate about your account, and improve product performance and reliability.
3. Customer data & retrieval content
Content you connect remains your data. We process it solely to deliver retrieval and reasoning results to your workspace, under your configured access and retention policies.
4. Data security
We encrypt data in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256), enforce least-privilege access, and maintain SOC 2 Type II controls. See our Security page for details.
5. Data retention
We retain account data for the life of your account and delete or anonymize it on request, subject to legal obligations. Connected content follows your workspace retention settings.
6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact privacy@deeprags.com to exercise these rights.
